We offer free pick-up in store at our storefront in Mississauga Ontario. Orders are usually processed within 2 days of order placement and shipped using either expedited 1 day shipping or standard 3 - 9 day shipping within Canada and the U.S

Return Policy

Each of our products pass a detailed quality inspection process before they are shipped out. Rest assured, our goal is to keep our customers happy!

If you are unsatisfied by the product, we will happily accept returns within 7 days and 30 days for an exchange from date of purchase on any unused product in original packaging and condition. Condition verified upon receiving at our warehouse and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Proof of purchase is required upon return. Please note we do not accept returns on engraved products as they are personalized for each individual customer.
