How do I return my item?
If your item falls within the return policy below, we are happy to assist and you can start a return using the steps below:

Our products pass a detailed quality inspection process before they are shipped out. Rest assured, our goal is to keep our customers happy!
If you are unsatisfied by the product, we will happily accept returns within 7 days and 30 days for exchange from date of purchase on any unused product in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Proof of purchase is required upon return. Please note we do not accept returns on engraved products as they are personalized for each individual.
